Founded by Shri Krishan Lal Gulati, an ex-army man in 1953, 'Elloras' Melting Moments' has carved a niche for itself in the bakery industry with a laudable reputation in Dehradun. Succeeded by Mr. Virendra Gulati, an IHM Pusa Delhi Alumni, 'Elloras' Melting Moments' is more than just a bakery; it is an emotion among the people of Dehradun.

A sacred gem of Dehradun for the past seven decades, the glory of 'Elloras' Melting Moments' has been widespread amidst different nooks and corners of India. The plum cakes, biscuits, rusks, and the famous stick jaws are some of the most popular items that are added to a person's travel cart while travelling from Dehradun or a tourist's souvenir list while travelling to the Doon Valley.

What started as a small shop on Rajpur Road in 1953; is now the biggest bakery of Doon Valley. With a network of distribution pan India with more than 500 bakery edibles and a team of 300 employees, our aim is to bring wide smiles on our patrons' faces with a feeling of nostalgia every time they take a bite of our sweet and salty offerings.
